My salesperson, Tony Gross, claimed there weren’t any nearby Rolex shops or that they didn’t have much in stock when I specifically asked about other distributors. But later, I discovered the Rolex shop at Valley Fair has a pretty large selection. This lack of transparency during my decision-making process is why I felt it necessary to leave this review and discuss it with customer service.
